As part of a series of announcements at CES Unveiled New York, the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)® today announced the CES 2020 Media Trailblazers program participants. The program features 21 promising and diverse members of the media community that cover tech, business and more. CES® 2020 will provide this group of media with the opportunity to experience and report on the most transformative tech in the world. 
 
“The CES Media Trailblazers program cultivates inspiring and emerging talent,” said Karen Chupka, EVP, CES. “The media is critical to driving the tech industry forward and I’m excited to see this group of journalists experience the most influential tech event.”
 
Acceptance into the CES 2020 Media Trailblazers is highly competitive. Media must be nominated by an industry peer and selected by a panel of judges. This year’s participants include:


In its second year, the program recruits journalists who have never attended the show or are relatively new to CES. In addition to travel and accommodations, the Trailblazers will receive information to help maximize their time at CES, including tips to navigate the show floor and discover newsworthy content. Participants will also get access to special events and exclusive opportunities with CES executives.
 
Owned and produced by CTA, CES 2020, the world’s largest and most influential tech event, will run Jan. 7-10, 2020, in Las Vegas, NV and provide access to the most transformative tech across various marketplaces, such as 5G connectivity, artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, smart home, smart cities, vehicles, digital health and more. Industry leaders and rising stars will come together again to pioneer future innovation driving the ever-evolving tech industry.
