CES Speaker Resources
In This Guide
Congratulations on being selected as an official CES 2025 speaker and welcome to CES Speaker Resources! Here you will find tools and resources to ensure a smooth and successful participation at CES 2025. This page is your comprehensive guide to navigating the event, from pre-show planning through post-show activities.
Pre-CES Planning
Panel Preparation
Between mid-November and early December, you will receive an email that will connect you to your fellow panelists and moderator.
It is the moderator’s responsibility to schedule a prep call prior to CES where the panel will discuss goals of this session (angles to cover, audience takeaways and touch on questions they may plan to ask).
Speaker Registration
All speakers MUST complete CES speaker registration prior to taking the stage at CES 2025. All confirmed speakers will receive a complimentary Deluxe Conference Pass.
As a confirmed speaker, you should have received a speaker registration instruction email from the CES Conferences Team (CES@eventpoint.com). Please follow these instructions to complete the speaker registration process. Once completed, you will be added to our Speaker Directory and to your specific session page.
Unsure if you completed speaker registration? Look for your name in our Speaker Directory.
Having trouble completing your speaker registration? Reach out to speakersupport@cta.tech for assistance.
Travel and Accommodations
Speakers are responsible for arranging their own hotel and travel arrangements. CTA/CES does not pay speakers to participate in the conference program or to travel to CES.
Visit our CES Hotels page to book.
Promotional Tools
If you’d like to promote yourself as a CES speaker, please visit our Promotional Toolkit for Speakers. Speakers can use this page to download CES social media promotional images, view sample social posts, e-mail and e-newsletter messaging.

When and Where to Meet Your Panel
Convene with your panel in the Speaker Lounge at your venue at least 30 mins before your panel starts. Please allow enough time to arrive at the venue.
**If you are a speaker at the Las Vegas Convention Center, please allow extra time for arrival due to ongoing construction. **
Head over to the session room 10 minutes ahead of the start time and to the tech table to get set up. At the direction of the moderator, and at the published start time, please take the stage. The moderator will kick off the session with panelist introductions.
Can my Colleagues Attend the Session I am Speaking On?
If you are speaking on a free conference track, any colleague who is registered for CES can attend. Note that they must be wearing their CES badge to get into the venue and session room.
If you are speaking on a paid conference track, that would require that all who want to attend have purchased either a Deluxe Conference Pass OR that specific track pass. However, speakers may receive up to three complimentary single session tickets for colleagues to attend their sessions. The speaker can pick up these passes in the Speaker Lounge of their venue. Note that your colleagues MUST still have a CES registration and badge to attend.
