Andrew Till

VP, Technology and Marketing, Harman International

Andrew is the VP for Technology and Marketing, for HARMAN Connected Services. In the technology side of his role Andrew looks at new emerging technologies, developing industry market trends and innovation opportunities. On the marketing side Andrew is focused on driving the divisional marketing strategy, working closely with the business units to stimulate new customer demand and establishing Harman Connected Services as a key industry through leader in its core markets. In addition to these responsibilities he also works with the corporate CTO, IP and Strategy functions to support cross divisional initiatives. Andrew is a regular industry speaker and commentator publishing thought provoking articles on a wide range of subjects from artificial intelligence, to cyber security to the future of smart cities. Prior to joining HARMAN, though the acquisition of SymphonyTeleca, Andrew was the CTO for SymphonyTeleca having joined the company in January 2009. Previous positions include 9 years at Motorola in a wide range of leadership positions and 4 years at UK Technology innovator PSION as Head of Technology Strategy with PSION Plc. Andrew has also held notable industry positions in standards forums and open source initiatives such as the Vice Chair of the Code Aurora Foundation.
