Deborah Wahl is the Global CMO of Cadillac. With decades of experience implementing transformative corporate strategies, Deborah is focused on accelerating the growth of the iconic American brand by identifying and leveraging modern channels and business approaches to bring value to Cadillac’s consumers. Previously, Deborah served as SVP and CMO for McDonald’s where she played a key role in the brand’s turnaround. Prior to McDonald’s, Deborah held a number of senior leadership positions including SVP and CMO, Pulte Group; VP and CMO, Chrysler, and VP Marketing, Lexus. Deborah holds a B.A. from Wellesley College, an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master’s from the University of Pennsylvania’s Lauder Institute. She made the 2018 Forbes Most Influential CMO list and was named No. 3 on the most innovative CMOs list by Business Insider in 2017. Deborah serves on the boards of Groupon and Mediaocean, served as the Vice-Chair of the ANA and is on the Board of Trustees of Cranbrook Schools.
