Jennifer Taylor is Vice President, U.S. Jobs at the Consumer Technology Association™ (CTA). Jennifer leads initiatives that demonstrate how the consumer tech industry leads the way in addressing the nation’s critical skills gap, growing the number of high-skilled jobs, and investing and creating a high-skilled national workforce. Jennifer leads CTA’s 21st Century Workforce member council - a leadership forum that shares effective best-practices used to educate and train individuals of all ages with skills in high demand. Jennifer also oversees U.S. Tech Vets, in partnership with the Northern Virginia Technology Council and Monster, helping HR professionals in the tech industry identify and hire veterans and military spouses. Jennifer worked at AARP for ten years as vice president of business development, where she developed and launched an easy-to-use tablet for tech-shy seniors in partnership with Intel® called the RealPad, and built a full product portfolio of consumer tech benefits for AARP members. She was also the executive vice president of sales and marketing at Caring Village™, a subsidiary of Segue Technologies, where she introduced a first-of-its-kind caregiving SaaS platform and mobile app to the long-term care industry. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in communications and an MBA in marketing and management from George Mason University.
