Joseph Schwartz is a Live Appearances Agent at leading talent and entertainment company, United Talent Agency (UTA), where he specializes in all aspects of touring and live events for comedians and podcasters. Additionally, he provides strategic advisory services for networks, brands, and IP holders to develop their properties into successful live events. Schwartz currently represents comedians, podcasters, and networks such as Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark (My Favorite Murder), Marc Maron (WTF with Marc Maron), Guy Raz (TED Radio Hour / How I Built This), Duncan Trussell, Iliza Shlesinger, Rachel Bloom, How Stuff Works, and Up and Vanished. Supplemental to touring, he has launched a multitude of successful ancillary businesses for his clients including Tour Merch, Brand Integrations, VIP packages, and the My Favorite Murder Fan Cult. Previously, he was an agent at the Agency for the Performing Arts in the comedy department. Schwartz is a graduate of Tulane University with a BA in Business and hails from Livingston, NJ.
