Louise Keely

Louise is a Principal at EY in Transaction Advisory Services. Louise is a noted expert on consumer demand and growth strategy, and on the use of a broad range of data and applied analytics to identify and activate growth opportunities for clients. Her experience covers all consumer-facing industries, particularly retail, financial services, technology, and packaged goods. Louise has spent over 15 years as an advisor to c-suite executives on growth strategies and as an expert on using predictive and optimization analytics to drive business decisions. Louise served as Executive Vice President and the Global Retail Practice Leader at Nielsen. Before that, Louise was a co-founder, President and Board Member of The Demand Institute, a think tank that is jointly operated by The Conference Board and Nielsen. She was also the Intellectual Capital Director at The Cambridge Group, a strategy consulting firm. Louise has worked with senior executives across consumer industries regarding demand shifts and the implications for their strategic growth goals. As an industry subject matter expert and accomplished public speaker, Louise has appeared in television and radio broadcasts including those of Bloomberg and NPR, cited in publications including the Financial Times and Wall Street Journal, and published perspectives in outlets including the Harvard Business Review. Louise has a Ph.D. in Economics from the London School of Economics and a B.Sc. from Georgetown University.
