MINDLiNG
MINDLiNG emulates the in-person therapy process on an online platform so that mental care can be done on one’s own without therapists or psychiatrists, drastically lowering physical/psychological/economical barriers to care. MINDLiNG consists of three key steps. First, it measures user's stress and resilience based on Heart Rate Variability detected from your finger by the smartphone camera. Second, it provides psychological assessments to identify the user’s stress patterns. Lastly, based on these biophysical signals and stress patterns, MINDLiNG recommends a customized, all-digital therapy program for each user consisting of proven therapy practices (E.g. schema therapy, CBT, ACT), with zero human intervention.
