We, at MEMS Corp., have developed a MEMS Gas Sensor, a contactless thermal conductivity sensor measuring just 2mm (approximately 0.08 inch) in size, primarily designed for hydrogen detection. This innovative sensor stands out from traditional catalytic sensors due to its unique structure, offering several advantages including an extended lifespan, a broad detection range, and a compact form factor. It finds applications in various hydrogen-related settings, including hydrogen vehicles, hydrogen plants, and hydrogen charging stations. Additionally, customization allows it to detect various other gases beyond hydrogen.
