MEMS Mirror is the key technology that is used in the VR, AR and XR industry. Currently, the products in the market are using PZT based MEMS Mirror with 60V driving voltage. Our SC MEMS Mirror is based on new material with excellent piezoelectric properties, piezoelectric single crystal (PMN-PT) which requires only 5.5V.
