Alex Swartsel is managing director of JFFLabs’s Insights practice, analyzing trends and technologies shaping the future of work and learning. She leads the launch of JFF’s new Center for Artificial Intelligence & the Future of Work and has held roles at Teach for America and the Motion Picture Association. Alex holds a BA summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Wellesley and an MBA from Yale.
