Alice leads a global team across software development, data science, operations, product, and process/program management. Her team designs support models to launch products and services for Amazon's Devices and Global Media and Entertainment businesses. Alice holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill (2002).
