Ashley Nylen is a Senior Strategist at the USDOT Highly Automated Systems Safety Center of Excellence, providing expertise in automated technology deployment, emerging technology data, public policy, and research. Prior to the USDOT, she led the Colorado DOT's deployment of connected & automated technologies & prior to CDOT, she led research in transportation automation at the University of Iowa.
