As General Counsel and VP of Regulatory Affairs since 2010, Barbee has led Globalstar’s regulatory efforts around the world including those to support the world’s first direct-to-device satellite features. Most recently, Barbee worked to secure the U.S. Federal Communications Commission’s reauthorization of Globalstar’s senior HIBLEO-4 constellation filing for an additional 15-year license term.
