Burkhard is the CTO of Scout Motors. Before he was the CTO of Fisker. He held the role of VP of Automotive at Synopsys. There, he spearheaded the company’s triple-shift-left strategy. Huhnke previously spent 20 years with VW Group. After DARPA grand challenge he initiated VAIL at Stanford. Huhnke attended the TU Braunschweig, Germany, studied EE and obtained a Doctorate in optical measurement.
