Caroline Reppert is the Director of Technology Policy and the Director of the Center for Digital Risk and Innovation at the National Retail Federation where she works on AI, cybersecurity, and technology policy. Before NRF, she worked on issues related to high-risk AI, cloud service providers, and critical infrastructure industries. She's a graduate of Hamilton College and Georgetown University.
