On October 20, 2022, Christopher Skeete was appointed Minister for the Economy and Minister Responsible for the Fight Against Racism. In his current mandate, the Minister is responsible for Trade Agreements, the Government's Research and Innovation Strategy and SME growth. In addition, he is actively working on reducing governmental red tape and improving the quality of life of all Quebecers.
