Dr. Kim received Ph.D. from Stanford University. He joined IBM , NY in 2000 where he worked on DRAM, embedded DRAM, and eFuse. He then joined Samsung Electronics in 2007 where he worked on metallic eFuse, resistive memory and solar cells. Since 2011, he has been a Professor at Sejong University, Korea. He worked as a program director at NRF of Korea in semiconductor division from 2020 to 2023.
