Evaristus Mainsah is VP of People eXperience & Technology for Amazon Ads and IMDb. He leads teams in talent management, HR, and employee experience. Previously at IBM, he co-chaired their Black Executive Council. Evaristus holds an MBA from Columbia, a Ph.D. in Engineering, and degrees in Manufacturing Technology and Computer Science & Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK.
