Gloria Washington is an Associate Professor at Howard in Computer Science. She runs the Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HCAI@Howard). HCAI@Howard seeks to create tech to protect humans against AI harms. Dr. Washington holds M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from The George Washington University, and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Lincoln University of Missouri.
