Dr. Hendrik F. Hamann is a Chief Science Officer at IBM Research for Climate and Sustainability. He has authored 260+ scientific papers, holds 180+ patents and has won awards including the 2016 AIP Prize for Industrial Applications of Physics. He is a Fellow of the American Physical Society and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
