Jacqueline is an Operating Partner at Playground Global, a deep tech VC firm, advising on government policy, non-dilutive funding, dual-use markets, and regulatory strategies. Previously, she led government affairs at PsiQuantum and held senior roles in the DoD, CIA, and Congress. She holds degrees from UT Austin and the Naval War College, lives in VA, and enjoys policy, hot yoga, and family life.
