James “JJ” Eden has worked for 50 years in the tolling and transportation industry. JJ currently serves as Executive Director for the North Carolina Turnpike Authority (NCTA). He is a former board member of OMNIAIR and IBTTA and the current CEO of the Alliance for Toll Innovation (ATI). He was also a founding member of the Interagency Group or E-ZPass and now serves as an Executive Board Member.
