Jen Wong, Reddit's COO, drives the company’s growth by increasing operational scale, diversifying revenue, and expanding its global advertising business. She also led Reddit’s successful IPO in March 2024. Previously, she was at Time, Inc., PopSugar, and AOL. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Engineering from Stanford, and a BS in Applied Mathematics from Yale.
