Jennifer Kirkland, MS, ENP, CPE, RPL, is the Colorado State 911 Program Manager. With over 23 years of 911 experience, she serves as the governor-appointed 911 representative on Colorado's Standing Committee on Responder Safety, as co-Chair of NENA's Education Advisory Board, a NENA instructor, and a Senior Consultant with Fitch & Associates, facilitating the Communications Center Manager course.
