Dr. Jesse M. Ehrenfeld is the 178th president of the American Medical Association and a professor of anesthesiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Board-certified in anesthesiology and clinical informatics, he is a respected voice in digital health. His research on IT's impact on surgical safety has been funded by the DoD & NIH. A combat veteran, he deployed to Afghanistan in 2014-2015.
