Dr. Williams is a breast cancer surgeon and patient education advocate. He was Chairman of the President’s Cancer Panel, which advises the President of the United States regarding the National Cancer Program. He founded and is medical director of the Breast Cancer School for Patients, the most viewed video-based cancer education platform in the world.
