Lilian Coral, Head of the Open Technology Institute and Vice President of New America's Technology and Democracy programs, has over 20 years of experience working on a wide range of policy and tech issues to transform the way government uses data and tech to serve its citizens. Coral has a bachelor’s degree in international studies from UC Irvine and a master’s degree in public policy from UCLA.
