Peter Goettler joined the outstanding men and women of the Cato Institute in their mission to defend and advance individual liberty, limited government, free markets, and peace in 2015, serving as president and CEO. Prior to this, Goettler spent more than two decades in finance, most recently as head of investment banking and debt capital markets-Americas at Barclays Capital.
