Philippe Bouyer is a Professor in Amsterdam and Eindhoven, and serves as Chair at Quantum Delta NL (QDNL), where he provides strategic leadership for the Dutch quantum ecosystem. Expert in quantum physics, his work spans academia, research, and entrepreneurship. He co-founded one of the first startups in quantum sensing and held senior positions at CNRS, Institut d’Optique and Stanford University.
