Sarah is vice president of business development at Okanagan Specialty Fruits (OSF), the company that developed the Arctic® Apple and that continues to lead in fruit tree biotechnology. Sarah received her PhD in plant biology from Cornell University where she continued on as a faculty member until 2022.
