Scott Heimendinger is the Founder and CEO of Seattle Ultrasonics. He was previously Chief Innovation Officer for Anova, and Director of Applied Research for Modernist Cuisine. Scott co-founded Sansaire, a first-wave sous vide startup. Prior to his work in culinary innovation, he developed software at Microsoft and IBM. Scott is a Forbes’ “30 Under 30” honoree and Sous Vide Hall of Fame inductee.
