Susannah Schaefer is Executive Vice Chair, President, and CEO of Smile Train. Susannah joined Smile Train in February 2013, after serving as a member of the organization’s Board for over 10 years. Before that, Susie spent 20 years in the private sector, including working directly for Smile Train’s Founder, Charles B. Wang, as his Chief of Staff for his business and philanthropic interests.
