Previously VP of Business Development at CyberLink, he also held roles at Intel, Broadcom, and NVIDIA. Dr. Liu holds degrees from NTHU, CWRU, and USC, plus an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University, blending tech expertise with business acumen.
