Wendy Bauer leads 3M’s Transportation & Electronics Business Group. She was previously VP & GM at AWS, and held roles at Microsoft, Aptiv/Delphi, Eaton, DENSO, & GM. Bauer holds an MBA from Kelley School of Business–Indiana University, a master’s degree in engineering from Purdue University, and bachelor’s degrees in both electrical engineering and mechanical engineering from Kettering University.
